Mail Pick-up and Delivery Services

Mail pick-ups and delivery include: Interoffice mail, USPS mail, print/copy jobs and packages. Mail Sweeps will be conducted twice daily at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Important Mail Times:
  • 1st Sweep: 10 – 11:30 a.m. 
  • Final Sweep: 2 – 3:30 p.m. 
  • Outgoing US Mail Deadline: 3:30 p.m. 
  • Outgoing FedEx Deadline: 4:15 p.m

After Hours Drop Off

Drop boxes are located outside by the back door of the Bookstore.

Last Pick-ups:
  • Federal Express Overnight and 2-Day: Monday – Friday, 6 p.m.
  • UPS Express Overnight and 2-Day: Monday – Friday, 6:30 p.m.

Copy Center Services

DTI provides a full range of quality printing and duplicating services. Services include copying,printing, poster printing, scanning, binding, laminating, folding, inserting and cutting. Black & white and full-color services are available. Please complete a Copy Request Form.

Any job that cannot be completed onsite will be sent to the DTI production center for completion. All work to be processed offsite will need to be pre-approved by an authorized member of the University.

Convenience Copiers

The DTI team oversees the maintenance of all Canon copiers. This includes stocking supplies, paper and toner. When assistance is required please notify Mail and Print Services at x2109 or email us at

Department Print/Copy Charges:
  • Black & White on Campus: $0.03 per click 
  • Black & White in Mail & Print: $0.02 per click
  • Color on Campus: $0.28 per click
  • Color in Mail & Print: $0.20 per click

You do not have to make special requests through Purchasing for supplies such as color paper, card stock, binding combs/coils and lamination film. All supplies including paper will be billed to your department at cost.

What are the sizes of paper you carry?
We carry 8.5 x 11 (Letter Size), 8.5 x 14 (Legal Size), and 11 x 17 (Tabloid Size)

How do I know when my package is in the Mailroom?
You will receive an email from saying that your package is in the Mailroom and ready for pick up.

What are your hours?
We are open Monday thru Friday. Our hours of operation are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and the Service Window is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

What type of file should I send?
You can send us any Microsoft Office file type (.docx, .xlsx, .pub, .pptx) however the preferred file type is a PDF.

Do I get a new mail box every year?
Resident students are assigned a new mailbox every year. Come to the Mail and Print Services window to get your new assignment.
