We are proud to offer our guests dining concepts that reflect their taste including ethnic foods with authentic flavors, as well as gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options every day.

About Our Concepts

  • Day Breakers - The perfect way to start the day! Our breakfast concept includes cooked-to-order eggs, omelet bar, pancakes, waffles, delicious breakfast proteins, and a selection of breakfast sandwiches.
  • Green Scene - Fresh and flavorful fruits and vegetables are the starting point as our chefs created the tasteful Green Scene salad bar concept. Try our house-made, scratch dressings, and freshly prepared salads.
  • DuJour – When we say soup of the day, we mean it! Our soups are made fresh daily and the menu changes with the seasons because we use fresh, local ingredients whenever possible. 
  • Main Plate – A wide selection of classic favorites, trendy gourmet selections, and specialty sandwiches.
  • Villa Toscana – Made-to-order Italian specialties including hand prepared stromboli and pizza, along with fresh pasta.
  • J. Clark’s Grille – Featuring house-made specialty burgers, hot sandwiches fresh from the grill, wings, fries, and more. 
  • Market Street Deli – Made-to-order deli station that offers a wide variety of fresh toppings, meats, cheeses, and breads.
  • Bravo! – Bravo! brings the show to the dining room. Colorful arrays of fresh ingredients share center stage while our chefs showcase their talents as they quickly prepare each dish to order right in front of our guests’ eyes.
  • Gluten-free Zone - For students with sensitivity to gluten in their diets. 
  • Vegetarian & Vegan - Vegetarians, vegans, and even hardcore carnivores will flock to this station for an impressive range of plant-based options that are sure to please.

The Chat

Open seven days a week, The Chat offers guests a number of dining option including J. Clark's Grille featuring Designer Burgers, Market Street Deli, Pizza Express; plus a rotation of Poblano's, The Chopping Block, Bravo!, and Main Plate. We now have some of your hometown favorites too including, Wawa coffee and Tastykake products!

Homemade soups, made-to-order breakfast sandwiches, and Chef Fresh sandwiches, salads, and desserts are available daily.

Easton Cafe

Whether you're in between classes or research stop by the Easton Cafe in Easton Hall, where we proudly serve a full line of Starbucks beverages, including hot and cold coffee, espresso, lattes, Frappuccinos, and seasonal favorites. We also serve a wide variety of Chef Fresh items to enjoy on-site or in your residence hall.

Global Cafe

Located on the first floor of Oak Summit, we proudly serve Starbucks hot and cold beverages, flatbread pizzas, hot sandwiches, and snacks to keep you going throughout the day.

Other Dining Services

Meal Exchange - Available in The Chat, Meal Exchange provided students the opportunity to trade one dining hall meal swipe for a retail meal combo up to three meals per day
